[B] Scope of Service:
Website should be CMS-based. We are open to Wordpress, Plone, Joomla, Drupal, or other free open-source platforms
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
